Woman Found Dead After Keeping Her 2-Year-Old Baby In A Cage And Trying To Sell Child For $1.2 Million.

The news of a woman keeping her 2-year-old child in a cage has shocked many people. What’s even more astonishing is that she attempted to sell the child for $1.2 million.

Claire Boyle was the woman who faced severe criticism for her wrongdoings. However, the story took a new turn when her body was found by the police at her residence.

A woman’s sudden death prompted a call to the police at around 7AM on Thursday, April 4, 2024, in the Main Street area of Ochiltree, as stated by a police spokesman.

It was also mentioned that there are no apparent suspicious circumstances linked to the finding.

Boyle, believed to be in her thirties, had faced multiple convictions in the past for neglecting children. One such incident occurred in 2021, where a four-year-old child was neglected to an extent that doctors expressed concerns about the possibility of blood cancer or a blood clotting disorder.

The child’s escape from the house through a window became known to the public. He squeezed through a 6-inch opening and leaped 4 feet to the ground. He was discovered wandering the streets in pajamas.

Upon arriving at the home where she resided with her partner, Timothy Johnstone, they were taken aback to discover a 2-year-old child confined in a cage. The cage was made by attaching the base of a cot to the top using belts from dressing gowns. Once the child was placed inside, there was no way for them to get out.

Following the trial, they were not sentenced to jail time, but she was required to finish 250 hours of community service.

In 2014, there were other events where she was found unconscious on the couch with a baby at her feet. She was also found guilty of attempting to sell a baby for $1.2 million.
