Most of the time we see the hyper-sexualized slim wear adverts featuring young beautiful models with beautiful bodies. But, age has nothing to do with beauty according to the California based model Yazemeenah. She proves that to the world with her stunning pictures.
The self-portrait photographer is 61 years old and she has backdated her age by at least two decades. She has given her participation for the campaign meant for a swimsuit collection between lingerie house called the land of women and an online fashion shop Dreslyn.
As commented by Taylor Corcia, founder of Dreslyn, Rossi was the perfect model to sell that idea of bringing in fresh ideas by staying away from hyper-sexualized imagery as portrayed by most swimwear brands. “This is a woman who radiates health and vitality. She’s confident, she’s a visual artist, and she takes care of herself. It’s all about being a person who’s well-lived, well-traveled and has intelligence and confidence, and letting that shine through.”
Swimwear models don’t need to be young hot models as for Dressy.
